When your Mana is strong you feel great and things move more fluidly and effortlessly in your body and in your life. Gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices for balancing body, mind and spirit will be taught. Ana teaches in a deep and yet easily accessible way, bringing the ancient yoga tradition to light in our modern times.

The first law of thermodynamics states that “everything is made of energy that can neither be created or destroyed, only transformed from one form into another. " The mystics, sages, yogis, and shamans of ancient times have told us that everything has a spirit, a sacred life force presence that manifests and re-manifests in all things. Modern day quantum physics and noetic sciences describe an energy-based Universe that is intelligent and responsive to human intention. All point to the same conclusion...I AM ENERGY!
Eternal life force energy has been used over millennia for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. In this workshop we will explore who we are as energetic beings, what constitutes our energy anatomy, how to master our life through mastery of our energy, and how to transform energy from one form into another (the art of spiritual alchemy). In addition we will take an overview look at the past and future of energy healing/energy medicine and discuss energetic modalities and techniques to work with for healing purposes. In this day long workshop you will learn about energy healing and your anatomy in new and exciting way, including the connections between the chakras, the aura, the meridians, the nadis, the sushumna, your doshas, and the 3 gunas... and how they all work together as one whole energy system!
There will be class time with a visually stimulating slide show, experiential exercises, meditations, indoor/outdoor activities, and a mid-day lunch break at Waipio Lookout (bring your own lunch).

REIKI Training—Level One for Beginners
Sunday March 7, 2010
Time: 10 am - 6 pm
Fee: $100
Taught by Reiki Master– Teacher, Ana Jones.
In the Reiki Level One class you learn the history and principles of Reiki as well as the fundamental techniques for giving a basic Reiki energy healing treatment to yourself and others. The energy centers in your hands are opened and a flow of energy established through an attunement process done by the Master-Teacher. Reiki I is appropriate for anyone and does not require previous training of any kind. At the completion Reiki I Practitioner Certification is given. Reiki Training - Level II - Healing Others
Date: Saturday March 13, 2010
Time: 10 am - 6 pm
Taught by Reiki Master– Teacher, Ana Jones.
The REIKI II training builds on the momentum and growth achieved in Level I.
This level is the goal for serious students who wish to achieve greater personal mastery in healing themselves and others and is excellent for those committed to the health and wellness field of study and practice. Whether you are interested in advancing your self-healing, healing others, healing animals or helping to heal the world, this is the level for you.
At this level additional information is given about the human energy system and the underlying causes of illness and "dis-ease". The Level I practitioner is taught the use of ancient symbols and sounds to dramatically increase the power of REIKI. The focus is on the physical as well as mental/emotional balancing and non-local distance healing. An attunement is given by the Master-Teacher in order empower you and to increase the flow of healing energy through your body and hands. REIKI II training is a certification course and upon completion you will become certified as a Reiki II Practitioner.

The specific focus and intention of the journeying being done in this particular workshop will be to connect and communicate with your spiritual guides and guardians and to begin to map out the landscape of your soul and soul group-- your spiritual family. Shamanic Journeying is a powerful spiritual meditative practice that can be very healing and transformational. This 4 hour workshop is designed to teach you the fundamentals of the shamanic practices and techniques of journeying work. Journeying can be done with any intention. Workshop will include: *Instructions on Shamanic Journey techniques *Live Shamanic Drumming for the Journey *Live Journey Experience *Journaling Time * Group Time to Share, Process, Interpret & Integrate the Journey with the Instructor. REIKI MASTER TRAINING - Level Three Professional Advanced Training Seminar in The Usui System of Natural Healing
Date: Saturday April 3, 2010

By far the most powerful of the three, this Reiki Level Three Class is for those Reiki practitioners who wish to increase their Reiki energy and work at the Master Level. It is thought by many to be the most exciting and powerful part of this amazing healing system. Reiki Masters are rapidly spreading Reiki throughout the world, and can be found currently bringing Reiki into private practice, centers, hospices, clinics, world class spas, and even some hospitals. In this training seminar you will receive the Master attunement which dramatically increases your Reiki energy, receive instruction on how to utilize this and the other symbols for increased healing, as well as learn how to give Reiki I, II, & III attunements to others. The main focus of the teaching will be on healing the spirit.
This Master Level is complete and will allow you to give Reiki attunements and teach without taking any further teaching instruction, yet most Level Three practitioners also decide to receive further teaching support from the Master-Teacher, and are thus recommended to take the additional Master-Teacher Training if there is a desire to teach Reiki. The approach taken in this class is an integration of both traditional and modern forms and uses of Reiki. You will receive a Master Manual and Masters Certification.
